Dawn Deguire is a spirited yoga instructor, certified coach and energy healer whose unique intuitive style blends multiple approaches and philosophies. She is passionate about raising consciousness among people who are long on their path, or just beginning. In her personal life, Dawn is an avid spiritual seeker through her Indigenous nehiyaw culture and recovery. She has two daughters; her greatest teachers.


Dawn co-founded the Saskatchewan Indigenous Yoga Association, an organizations dedicated to bringing the healing powers of yoga to Indigenous communities, and is a lead trainer for the Indigenous Yoga Teacher Training. She has dedicated her life to change-making as a recovery advocate, a motivational speaker, coach, mentor, healer, and yoga instructor.

Dawn is a Level III Angel Reiki practitioner, level II Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, RYT-200 level yoga instructor, and a certified coach. She has a professional background in communications and studied Public Relations at the University of Victoria. She is a certified Professional Director (Pro.Dir.) through the Johnson-Shoyama School of Public Policy. Dawn is currently studying psychology and sociology at the U of S.
